social media management
Most of our clients will start with a 15-minute Discovery Call. This allows us to answer any questions you might have about our services and for us to gather information that will help in deciding which package will be a good fit for you and your business. Your Discovery Call will take place over Zoom.
After your Discovery Call, we will send detailed explaination of our Social Media Management packages and our add-on services by email. Please review the packages, sign the contact and make your initial payment to reserve you spot. Any questions or concerns regarding the packages or contract can be emailed to us before the forms expiration date.
Upon receiving your signed contract and inital payment, you will receive an email with our New Client Onboarding Questionnaire. It is very important that you fill out this form with as much detail as possible. This form helps us map out your marketing plan, gather information about your business and provides insight for our team to be more successful. We recommend having any digital assets, previous campaign analytics and social media/website/email logins* accessible while filling out this form.
*If you would rather not submit logins through the form, we can add you as a temporary team member in your brands account, allowing you to connect your social media accounts manually.
Once we have received the Onboarding Questionnaire back, we will start working on your social media strategy. We will also begin creating your content calendar and your graphics/captions. If you did not provide your logins, we will add you as a temporary team member so that you can manually connect your social media accounts. After that, you will be sent a link to book your Kickoff Call. We ask that you give us two weeks from the day you submit your Onboarding Questionnaire to book this call. During your Kickoff Call, we will go over our strategy and content calendar with you. From there, we will be able to take over your social media accounts – finally freeing up your time!
You will have access to a dedicated account manager who will provide updates and reach out for any additional information by your preferred method of communication. You will be sent an invitation to book a Monthly Analytics & Reporting call so that you can self-schedule at a time that is convenient for you. These monthly calls are a requirement when you are on a retainer or monthly management agreement.
Web design
Clients who invest in our website design service, will be directed to book a Discovery Call so that we can provide a personalized proposal for your project. Once your contract has been signed and paid as outlined in the proposal, we will send a New Client Website Questionnaire. Please have available all applicable digital assets, website logins and links available when filling out this form. You will have access to a dedicated account manager by email until we deliver your completed site as outlined on the proposal.
Graphic & Print Design
Clients who invest in our one-time services such as graphic and print design will be contacted by our graphic designer by email to collect information about your project. Please be timely in your responses to our requests. We may ask for your vision for the project, any examples you’d like to share, your digital assets such as headshots or logos and contact or location information that needs to be included on the project. Delivery times will not be estimated until we have collected all of the information we need. Our turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days. Edit requests must be processed by email.
